Subject to the EDUSOLUTIONS SCHOOL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM & JITSOLUTIONS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED Referral Programme Terms and Conditions below, when you refer a new customer to EDUSOLUTIONS SCHOOL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM and such customer purchases EDUSOLUTIONS SCHOOL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Software, you will receive a Commission. Your commission will be 10% of the Purchase Amount — and you will be entitled to receive commission for all Eligible Purchases.
Edusolutions School Management System Referral Programme Terms and Conditions
The JITSOLUTIONS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED / EDUSOLUTIONS SCHOOL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Referral Programme (the "Programme") is a long-term referral partnership that enables Qualified Agents or persons to join our marketing team and to earn a Commission by recommending our Products to Referred Product User (Schools). To participate, you must agree to our Referral Programme Terms and Conditions (the "T&C").
1. Definitions
1.1. "Products" means EDUSOLUTIONS SCHOOL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM or related products.
1.2. "Qualified Agent or Persons" means someone who meets all of the following conditions:
1.2.1. Anybody who registers in the Programme and promotes the Products and Services using his/her Referral Identification Number; and
1.2.3. who is not an employee of JITSOLUTIONS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, an immediate family member of an employee of JITSOLUTIONS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (namely, a parent, sibling, spouse, child, step-child, or in-law, a resident of the same household as an employee of JITSOLUTIONS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (whether related or not), or an employee or immediate family member of any of their affiliated companies, licensees, advertising or promotional agencies, or sponsors.
1.2.4. Be eighteen (18) years or older and a resident of a state in Nigeria, including F.C.T. In addition to the above restrictions you must agreed to Our T & C,
1.3. "Referral Identification Number" means the unique referral identification number assigned to a Qualified Agent by JITSOLUTIONS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED.
1.4. "Referred Product User" means someone or Organization who meets all of the following conditions:
1.4.1. Any potential user of the EDUSOLUTIONS SCHOOL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM , who is neither a current nor pending customer of JITSOLUTIONS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, and who is not a Qualified Agent;
1.4.2. To whom a Qualified Agent has referred Our Products and Services using his/her Referral Identification Number.
1.5. "Eligible Purchase" means the first purchase of EDUSOLUTIONS SOFTWARE and Services from JITSOLUTIONS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED by a Referred Product User closed within 6 months of the date of referral and paid within 60 days of the date of invoice, excluding all additional future purchases by the Referred Product User, such as renewals and future software needs.
1.6. "Purchase Amount" means the amount paid for an Eligible Purchase, paid within 60 days of the date of invoice.
1.7. "Commission" means the 10% of the Purchase Amount.
2. Overview of the Programme
2.1. JITSOLUTIONS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED will provide you with a Referral Identification Number which you must add to every link you use to promote the EDUSOLUTIONS SOFTWARE and Services in order for JITSOLUTIONS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED to associate you with the Referred Product User.
2.2. You can earn YOUR 10% commission only if you refer a Referred Product User to JITSOLUTIONS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED and that Referred Product User makes an Eligible Purchase.
2.3. For each Eligible Purchase, the Qualified Agent who referred the Eligible Purchase will be awarded a Commission in the form and amount described below.
2.4. By taking part in the Programme, you agree to:
2.4.1. comply with all applicable commercial laws;
2.4.2. send referral links only to people that you know; and
2.4.3. You can not refer yourself; and
2.4.4. not engage in any activity that may be considered fraudulent, invasive, or spamming.
2.5. JITSOLUTIONS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED will provide a 10% commission on each Eligible Purchase. Any subsequent renewals & purchases made by the Referred Product User will not qualify for such a Commission.
2.6. Commission will be paid to you on each Eligible Purchase within 15 days after EDUSOLUTIONS SOFTWARE project delivery.
3. Multiple Referrals
3.1. An Eligible Purchase can only be attached to one Qualified Agent. If an Eligible Purchase is approached by multiple Qualified Agents, only the Qualified Agent that sealed the deal with Eligible Purchase will receive a Commission.
4. Referral Commission System
4.1. For each Eligible Purchase, JITSOLUTIONS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED will give a Commission (of 10%) to the corresponding Qualified Agent in an amount based on the Purchase Amount. No Commission will be given in relation to any referrals that are not Eligible Purchases.
4.2. The value of the Commission will be equal to 10% of the Purchase Amount.
4.3. A Commission will be given for each Eligible Purchase you make as a Qualified Agent. The value of the Commission is based solely on the Eligible Purchase. Any subsequent renewals & purchases made by the Referred Product User will not qualify for a Commission.
4.4. If you are due for a Commission, you must contact JITSOLUTIONS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED within 60 days from the date JITSOLUTIONS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED notifies you of an Eligible Purchase; otherwise, you will forfeit the Commission.
5. Earning Commission for referring other marketers (Referred Qualified Agent) to your Team.
When you refer friends to the EDUSOLUTIONS SYSTEM Platform and he/she becomes a Referred Qualified Agent, you will be eligible for a 2.5% Commission of the Purchase amount of each Eligible Purchase brought to the platform by your referred friend (Referred Qualified Agent).
For example, if a Qualified Agent A refers 5 friends (B,C,D,E,F) to the platform as Referred Qualified Agents, Qualified Agent A will be eligible to a 2.5% Commission of the Purchase amount of each Eligible Purchase brought to the platform by Referred Qualified Agents B,C,D,E & F.
Referred Qualified Agents B,C,D,E & F will also be individually eligible for a Commission System stated in above article 4 (that is; 10% Commission of the Purchase amount of each Eligible Purchase brought to the platform by the respective efforts of the Referred Qualified Agents B,C,D,E & F ). And Referred Qualified Agents B,C,D,E & F can also recruit other marketers (Referred Qualified Agents) to their respective team to earn the 2.5% marketers Commission.
Referred Qualified Agents are also Qualified Agents, and must fulfill all condition stated in item 1.2 and other items on the T&C.
6. Taxes and Fees
6.1. If you receive a Commission under the Programme, you are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees resulting from it.
7. Release of Liability
7.1. By participating in the Programme, you release JITSOLUTIONS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED and its agents from all liability, including, without limitation, all liability with respect to any and all Commission.
8. Severability
8.1. If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void, or unenforceable) will be struck and will not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
9. Termination and Change
9.1. JITSOLUTIONS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED may suspend or terminate the Programme or a user's ability to participate in the Programme at any time for any reason.
9.2. JITSOLUTIONS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED reserves the right to suspend accounts or deny any Commission if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive or fraudulent. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals as we deem fair and appropriate.
10. Updates to these T&C
10.1. JITSOLUTIONS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED can update these T&C at any time without prior notice. If JITSOLUTIONS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED modifies these T&C, we will post the modification on the JITSOLUTIONS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED & EDUSOLUTIONS SCHOOL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM websites, and such modification is effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Programme after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
